The article has been updated successfully.In Propertyware, a Contact is an individual, whether a tenant, vendor, lead or personal relation, whose personal information and history of communications may be tracked within the application. Each Contact is stored in the form of a contact card which may be shared publicly with all users within your organization or alternatively, assigned as private to the user who created it. A Contact, if a tenant or vendor employee, may be attached to a lease or vendor within the application.
In Propertyware, Property Managers are set up as users as opposed to Contacts and may be found within the User Accounts section of the application as opposed to the Contacts Tab. As users, Property Managers can log into your Propertyware account.
Note: Tenant, Vendor, and Owner Contacts are created through Leases, Vendors, and Portfolios, respectively, and these types of contacts cannot be created directly from the Contacts tab. Likewise, Contacts not classified as Tenants, Vendors, or Owners cannot be directly assigned to these contact categories.
