Mail Merge Template Gallery

Propertyware's Mail Merge Template Gallery, or Template Gallery, provides your team an online gallery of default mail merge templates for common document types, such as residential lease agreements, rental applications, tenant statements and more. These are predesigned templates provided to you by Propertyware. Once you add a template from the Template Gallery to your account, you can use it to perform a Mail Merge or edit it into a new template.

Selecting a Default Template from the Template Gallery

From the Mail Merge Template Gallery, users may select any number of Default Templates to be added to their working list of mail merge templates, called My Mail Merge Templates. Once added to this working list, users in your account may edit and supplement these templates with additional mail merge fields and then proceed to initiate a mail merge.

To add a template from the Template Gallery:

  1. Click Setup from the top right corner of any page of the application.
  2. From the left sidebar of the page, click on the Mail Merge Templates link located under the Templates menu. The page will display your My Mail Merge Templates list.
  3. To access the Mail Merge Template Gallery, click the Template Gallery button.
  4. The page will display the Template Gallery, which exhibits Propertyware's Default Templates by template type, whether Lease Templates, Management Templates or other. Browse the Template Gallery to locate the template of your choice.
  5. To preview a template, simply click on the desired template name displayed within the scrollbar menu. Then, from the preview pane to the right of the scrollbar, click on the Preview link located below the template image.
  6. To select a default template, click on the template name displayed within the scrollbar menu. Then, from the preview pane to the right of the scrollbar, click on the Add to My Templates link.
