Mail Merge Templates

The Templates section consists of a shared repository of mail merge and email templates. Propertyware includes a number of standard mail merge templates which can be modified or deleted by your Propertyware administrator or users with permission to edit templates. In addition, your administrator or users with permission can create custom mail merge and email templates.

Administrators can also view templates within the Template Gallery which displays templates grouped within the following categories: Lease, Owner, Work Order, Payment Receipt, NSF Notice, Prospect, Contact, Portfolio, Building, Unit and Owner Invoice. New templates can be created from the Template Gallery.
