Propertyware Knowledge Base

Once you set up your Chart of Accounts, we recommend that you print it out for your records. If you are planning to use the Propertyware Sync for QuickBooks, you will need to make sure your Chart of Accounts matches your QuickBooks Accounts; printing your Chart of Accounts can make this process a little easier.

To print your Chart of Accounts:

1. Click Setup.
2. Click the Chart of Accounts link under Customize in the Setup Menu on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click the Print button above the Chart of Accounts. 
4. The Chart of Accounts opens in a new browser window; click Print Page.
5. Once the Chart of Accounts is finished printing, click Close Window to return to Propertyware.
