Since Propertyware is accessed through the Internet via a Web browser, it requires no modifications or upgrades to your existing computer. All you need is a computer or an alternative device that can run a Web browser. There are no hardware or operating system requirements.
We do require you to have a browser version that is equal to or greater than Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape Navigator 6.0. For optimal use, we recommend Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, or the latest version of Firefox, which can be downloaded at www.getfirefox.net.
Propertyware's reports and mail merge features requires that users have either MS Office 97 (or later) installed or OpenOffice’s FREE productivity suite. If you do not have Microsoft Office and would like to download a free copy of OpenOffice, click here.
