ePayment declined - "Err:VC: R08 - Payment Stopped"

If you receive an error message like the following: "The ePayment transaction was declined. Check the billing information and try again. Err:VC: R08 - Payment Stopped," that means the tenant put a stop payment on the ePayment itself. It is the same as if the tenant out a stop payment on a check. In this instance, you'll have to contact to tenant directly to find out further details.
