The article has been updated successfully.Storage represents the total amount of document storage space within Propertyware available to your organization. Propertyware extends a complimentary 1GB of Disk Storage to every account upon subscription. If your organization exceeds this complimentary Disk Storage Amount, you can purchase additional Disk Storage. Your Propertyware Administrator may track how much Disk Storage your organization is using at any given time. Current Disk Storage is calculated based on the number of documents your organization, as a whole, has uploaded into Propertyware.
To view your organization's Maximum Disk Storage and Current Disk Usage:
- Click Setup > Administration Setup > Subscription Settings.
- Under Disk Space, you can view your Total Disk Storage and Current Disk Usage, both as a percentage and in MB.
- To increase your Disk Storage, scroll down to the Storage section of your Subscription Plan Options and choose from the applicable tiered list.
- Click Continue to process payment for the new Storage amount.
