Propertyware Knowledge Base

If you do not complete the Setup Assistant, Propertyware will automatically start where you left off during your previous session upon login. If you are not put back into the Setup Assistant when logging into your account, it means that you have completed the Setup Assistant process.

The Setup Assistant includes the following steps:

Step 1: Change Password

Step 2: Company Information

Step 3: Lease Settings

Step 4: Bank Accounts

Step 5: Add Users

Please note that the Setup Assistant helps you configure your settings and create new users in Propertyware, all of which can be done in the application without the Setup Assistant. However, adding your data (such as Properties, Leases and Vendors) is NOT part of this process.
