Why can't I create a new user account?

 

This means that the email address you are attempting to use is already being used in Propertyware. If you do not see this email address within your own account, the user may have their own trial account, if you would like to create a user account for this person, here are your options:

1. Use a different email address for this user. Propertyware requires a unique email address for each user account.

OR

2. Have this person delete the other user account to free up the email address.
