User Accounts

A User Account grants individual users access to Propertyware. Each User Account consists of user contact information, login and password information, and User Account Restrictions. Your Propertyware Administrator has the authority to create, edit, and manage a User Account for each individual within your organization who will be using the application; there is no limit to the amount of User Accounts that may be created within your organization.

To view an existing User Account:

  1. Click the Setup link at the top of the application.
  2. Choose Manage Users from the Administration Setup menu located on the Sidebar.
  3. Click User Accounts on the sub-navigation bar. This will take you to the User Accounts Page of the application, which contains a list of all the users within your organization and their respective account information. You can click on the column headers to sort the entries in ascending or descending alphabetical order. Each link on this page will take you to a new area within the particular user account.
    • Name -- Click this link to view the User Detail Page, where you can view user contact information, user profiles, user status, and user restrictions.
    • Restrictions -- click this link to set User Portfolio, Building, and Bank Account Restrictions.
    • Status -- Click this link to set user Status as either Active or Inactive.  Marking the user as inactive will prevent them from logging in to Propertyware.
    • Edit -- Click this link to Edit User Account information on the User Detail Page.
    • Del (available for Administrators only) -- Click this link to Delete a User Account.
