You may notice that the income accounts available when recording income from Other Customers are as follows:

1. APPFEE - Application Fee
2. CAMINC - Common Area Maintenance
3. UTILS - Utility Charge
4. MAINT - Maintenance
5. All of your User Defined Income Accounts

The remaining income accounts are not included in this menu because they are built into other parts of the application. For example, all RENT (Rental) income is part of tenant income, and is recorded on the tenant ledger or Quick Collect. All LATE (Late Fee) income is calculated and recorded as part of the Late Fee Calculator. All MANINC (Management Income) is calculated and recorded as part of the Management Fee Calculator, or as a Bill.
