How can I tell which user recorded a payment received?

If you have multiple Propertyware users set up on your account and would like to see which user recorded a payment received, follow these steps:

Click on the Money In tab at the top of your screen.
Click on the Summary tab on the sub-navigation bar.
Find the payment in question by using the Portfolio/Building and Date filters.
Click the View link under the Action column to open the Payment Detail window.
The Last Modified By field will show the user name, as well as the date the payment was last modified.
