Related Activities

The Related Activities Menu is located within the Sidebar; from this drop down menu, you may select from several actions related to the current task at hand. The list of Related Activities will vary depending on which tab, page view and task the user is currently viewing or performing.

Desktop Tab	From the Desktop Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the following actions: When viewing the Home, Calendar & Task Lists Pages: Create Event Create New Task List When viewing the Notes and Documents Page: Upload Documents Backup Documents
Properties Tab	From the Properties Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the following actions: When viewing a Portfolio: New Portfolio Reassign Building Portfolios Reorder Buildings Close Accounting Periods New Building Deactivate Portfolio When viewing a Building: Create New Portfolio Create New Building Reassign Building Portfolios Reorder Buildings Close Accounting Periods Deactivate a Portfolio
Leases Tab	From the Leases Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the follow actions: When viewing the Lease Summary Page: Create New Lease Move Out & Terminate Mail Merge When viewing the Tenant Ledger: Create New Lease Clear Unpaid Leases Move Out & Terminate Apply SECDEP to Charges Mail Merge Move-In Calculator
Contacts Tab	From the Contacts Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the follow actions: Create New Contact Manage Contact Categories Categorize Contacts Import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook
Money In Tab	From the Money In Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the follow actions: When viewing the Other Customers area of the Summary Page: Receive Payment When viewing Quick Collect: Use The Late Fee Calculator When viewing Bank Deposits: Create New Bank Deposit
Money Out Tab	From the Money Out Tab, the Related Activities Menu allows you to perform the follow actions: When viewing either the Vendors Page, Bill Pay Page or the Print Checks Page: New Vendor New Bill New Auto Bill Post Auto Bills Deactivate Vendor
