Propertyware Knowledge Base

Located on the Sidebar, the Recent Items menu automatically stores a list of your 10 most recently viewed items in your Propertyware account. Unique to each user, this expandable and collapsible menu tracks your recently viewed content and presents it in a simple view list sorted by icon and sequentially, by most recent view. The icons displayed within your view list classify your recent items by category, whether a lease, contact, report, work order, etc. If you are unfamiliar with the icon displayed, simply click on Basic Navigation for a key menu.

To search for items beyond the 10 most recently viewed in your Recent Items menu use Propertyware Search and the Propertyware Navigators, which include the Property Navigator, Lease Navigator and Contact Navigator.
