Propertyware Setup Assistant – Step 1
Whether you are a Propertyware Administrator or any other user, the first step required by Propertyware's Setup Assistant is to reset your password, as enhanced security is an essential aspect of the Propertyware application. Once you reset your password, please keep a record of it, as it cannot be retrieved by other users in your account, including your Propertyware Administrator.
Propertyware's Setup Assistant interfaces with users only upon their first login experience. However, you may subsequently reset your user password any number of times from the Setup section of the application, within Setup>My Account>Change Password.
If you forget your password at any time, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on Propertyware's login page, www.propertyware.com. The system will retrieve your password and email it to the email address you specify.
Remember that your password:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must contain at least three of the following four characters:
- Uppercase
- Lowercase
- Number
- Special Characters: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + { } [ ]
Once you complete the above field entries, click the Next button at the bottom of the page to proceed to Step 2 of the Setup Assistant.
