Propertyware Sync for Quickbooks and User's Guide

Propertyware is the ultimate companion for customers who use QuickBooks to manage their investment properties. Propertyware's Sync for use with QuickBooks is a unique synchronization tool that moves data seamlessly between your Propertyware account and the QuickBooks accounting software. Our QuickBooks integration was designed to meet the needs of landlords and small to medium-sized businesses looking to track more than basic acounting information for their properties. Your property managers can now collect charges and record property expenses online remotely from anywhere in the world and then synchronize their data with your QuickBooks company file. Our QuickBooks integration eliminates the need to ever enter data twice. See the bottom of this help topic to download the Sync User's Guide.

Which Versions of QuickBooks will Propertyware sync with?
Our policy is to support the version of QuickBooks that Intuit supports. Because Intuit no longer supports any versions of QuickBooks prior to 2005, all companies that integrate with QuickBooks must follow this policy. If needed, upgrading is affordable and usually offers great new features.

Supported Versions
  • QuickBooks Pro/Premier editions 2006 or later
  • QuickBooks Enterprise 4.0 or later
  • Accountant and Canadian versions of QuickBooks 2006 or later
** Note that Propertyware does NOT integrate with QuickBooks Online Edition because of the limited integration functionality of this product. We plan to sync to this version as soon as Intuit expands the integration model.

** Also note that Propertyware does NOT integrate with QuickBooks Simple Start edition due to limitations with this version.

*** Propertyware will NOT sync to Mac versions of Quickbooks. However, you can install a utility on your Mac such as Bootcamp (http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bootcamp.html) which will then allow you to install a Windows version of Quickbooks in order to utilize Propertyware Sync.
