The Sub-Navigation Bar, also referred to as the Navigation Bar, is the horizontal bar that extends across multiple pages of Propertyware. Located immediately below the application tabs, the Sub-Navigation bar includes a series of buttons which, when clicked, will highlight in yellow and link you to specified pages of the application.
The Desktop, Marketing, Leases, Money In, Money Out, Management Tabs each contain a Navigation bar with the following buttons:

Home |
This button links to Propertyware Spotlight, which provides a snapshot of how your properties are performing in real-time, as well as a schedule of your appointments for the day. |

Calendar |
This button links to your Calendar, where you can view and create events. |

Task Lists |
This button links to your Task Lists where you may view and create tasks for yourself or other users on your team. |
|
Documents |
This button links to your repository of Shared Documents uploaded and shared by users within your organization. |

Prospects |
This button links to Prospects received from your Propertyware Portal, or any potential tenant information you manually enter into Propertyware prior to leasing them a unit. |

Unit Inventory |
This button links to a list of all your available properties to be marketed and/or featured on your Propertyware Portal. Enable them or disable them from appearing on the Portal here. |

Quick Collect |
This button links to Quick Collect, where multiple tenant payments may be recorded simultaneously, and the Late Fee Calculator, where you can apply late fees to tenant payments received. |

Bank Deposits |
This button links to your Open Bank Deposits, Closed Bank Deposits and Payments To Deposit. |

Vendors |
This button links to a directory of all your Vendors where you may view vendor contact information. You may also view any vendor's bill and bill payment information, as well as assigned work orders. |

Bill Pay |
This button links to Bill Pay, which displays your unpaid bills and allows you to pay them either simultaneously or separately. |
|
Print Checks |
This button links all your outgoing payments by check which you have either marked to be printed in Propertyware, or those checks that you have already printed from Propertyware. You can print checks from within this area of the application. |

This button links to a Portfolio Summary where you may view a summary of income, expenses, management fees, owner draws, owners contributions and the ending balance of any given portfolio. |

This button links to the Management Fee Calculator where you may calculate a management fee, create a management fee bill for an owner, and even process payment of the bill. |
