The article has been updated successfully.The Sidebar appears on the left side of every page within Propertyware. The Sidebar provides easy access to related information, as well as options such as Search, Related Activities, and Navigators.
The Sidebar consists of the following:

Search. As an alternative to navigating through the various tabs, use Propertyware Search to quickly retrieve a specific contact, property, lease, vendor or work order and related bills.

Related Activities. The Related Activities drop down menu lists related actions that you can perform from the current page view. This menu will display different actions depending on your location within of the application and the page you are viewing. For example, if you are viewing a Lease Detail Page within the Leases Tab, the Related Activities menu will provide options to create a New Lease, Move Out & Terminate a Lease, or generate a Mail Merge for lease related documents such as late fee notices, eviction notices and more.

Navigators. Propertyware Navigators enable you to browse and search through your data with ease. Appearing within the left sidebar of the Contacts, Leases and Properties tabs of the application, these Navigators allow you to sort through your data alphanumerically by way of an organized menu and various filter views. Fully expandable and collapsible, Navigators hide when you click on other menu items, such as My Tasks, from the Sidebar.
- My Tasks. This expandable and collapsible menu displays the items in your private task list.
- Recent Items. This expandable and collapsible menu displays a list of up to 10 items you've most recently viewed. To see the details, click on the corresponding item or its Icon. Your Recent Items may show fewer than 10 items if you have deleted any of your recently viewed items or just started using Propertyware.
