Selecting Your Check Stock in Propertyware
Only users with administrator access can select the check stock to be used. To select your check stock, navigate to Accounting Preferences under the Setup module, click Edit, and choose the appropriate check stock from the drop-down list in the Print Checks Template field.
- Your bank may require that you purchase a MICR cartridge for your printer for printing checks; for more information about check stock and print cartridges, check out this topic in our user community
- Deluxe forms requires you enter your company name for the voucher section of the checks. They also provide an optional line two if you would like to add any other details. Any data entered into line two will appear on your check stock, however, it will be printed over by the Propertyware's template. Please do not enter any additional information in this optional second line.
