If you are experiencing technical problems with your account that requires more extensive research by our Customer Support Department, please grant a trained member of our team temporary twenty-four hour access into your account.
To grant Propertyware Customer Support temporary access into your account:

Click Setup from the top right corner of any page of the application.

Click the Grant Support Access button that appears at the top of the page.

Click the OK button to grant a Propertyware Customer Support representative temporary access into your account.

An email is then sent to Propertyware Customer Support with your user name and password.
By doing this, you are authorizing Propertyware to look within your account to reproduce and investigate the issues you are reporting. Propertyware will only log into your account for this purpose, and Propertyware will not alter the data within your account unless you specifically authorize us to do so. Once the issue has been investigated and a course of action designated, we will contact you with either a resolution or the next steps in the process of solving your problem.
