When recording tenant payments in Quick Collect, you have the option of recording multiple payments of the same payment type (i.e., check, money order, etc.) and payment date for one or more tenants at a time. As an alternative to recording tenant payments in Quick Collect, you may also record tenant payments from a lease's Tenant Ledger. This option comes handy if you prefer to record a single payment for one tenant at a time from a view that exhibits the tenant's historical payments and charges, by date and description, due under the tenant's respective lease.
