In order to log in to Propertyware, your Propertyware Administrator must first add you as a Propertyware user. An initial email is then sent to you with your username and a Temporary Password. To log on to Propertyware, go to http://www.propertyware.com and click the Customer Login tab. When you first log in, you will be prompted to change your password for security reasons.
To Bookmark the Login Page:
For Internet Explorer
1. Go to https://www.propertyware.com/pw/login.jsp.
2. Click the Customer Login tab located in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select Tools > Internet Options from the toolbar.
4. Click the General Options tab.
5. Under the Home Page option, click the Use Current button.
For Netscape 7 or Mozilla-based Browsers
1. Go to https://www.propertyware.com/pw/login.jsp.
2. Click the Customer Login tab located in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select Tools > Options from the toolbar.
