If you use a large number of vendors, then importing your data will save you considerable time and effort. If you only use a few vendors, it may be easier to manually enter this information. If you have decided to import your data, and you have ordered this service through your sales representative, Propertyware will supply you with an MS Excel spreadsheet formatted for you to input your data. Return the completed spreadsheet to support@propertyware.com, and we will ensure that your data gets into your account.
The two components that this spreadsheet will import are Vendors and Vendor Contacts. Vendors are the companies or individuals that your company uses to perform the work outlined on work orders or make any payments to from the Money Out tab. Vendor Contacts are the specific individuals that work for a Vendor.
How do I get the spreadsheet?
The spreadsheet will be emailed to you from our implementation team after you have purchased this service from our sales department.
