To create a Portfolio Mail Merge, perform the following steps:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Locate the Property Reports folder in the Report Folder sidebar.
- Click on the plus sign to expand the Property Reports folder.
- Select the Portfolio report and click the View Report button.
- Click the Export/Print button to see a Mail Merge option available only when viewing the Portfolio report. Click the Mail Merge option.
- Select the template.
- Use the buttons at the top center of the screen to view, attach, publish, or email the document.
- Click the Done button when finished.
