An automatic alert that is sent to administrators when a work order is rejected by an owner is now available for editing in user alerts. This real-time maintenance alert is sent to the specified recipients when a work order is rejected by a user within the system.
Steps
To view or edit the user alert:
1. Go to Setup>Customize>Alerts>User Alerts>Maintenance Alerts.
2. Click the Edit link and select who should or should not receive the alert.
