Propertyware's Setup Assistant – Step 4
The final step required by Propertyware's Setup Assistant is to add users to your Propertyware account. Only your Propertyware Administrator may complete this step.
Add Users
Your Propertyware Administrator may use this setup page to create a User Account for each individual within your organization who will be using Propertyware. A User Account grants individual users access to the Propertyware application. Propertyware does not place a limit on the number of User Accounts which may be created within your organization.
Note that your Propertyware Administrator will have the ability to manage and create User Account Restrictions, update User Profiles, or create additional User Accounts, after exiting the Setup Assistant.
To add a new user in your Propertyware account:
- Click the Add User button to create a new User Account. A New User window will display.
- Complete the following fields for each new User Account you wish to create:

Enter the user's first name. |

Enter the user's last name or surname. |

Enter the user's mail address, which must be a valid email address in the following form: jsmith@abcproperties.com. This is also the username for the account upon login. |

Send Password to User |
Check this box and Propertyware will automatically send the user a welcome email, including login information and general instructions on how to get started with Propertyware. |
- Click Save once you complete the above field entries. Repeat the above steps to create additional User Accounts.
