To move a Tenant Prospect into an existing Lease:   

1. Click the Marketing tab, located at the top of any screen in Propertyware. 
2. Under the Marketing sidebar, click Prospects. Your Prospects list will appear.
3. Using the drop-down filters at the top of the screen, and/or the Global Search field at the top left of the screen, find the Tenant Prospect you would like to move into an existing Lease.
4. Click the Tenant Prospect's Name to view their detailed record.
5. In the upper right hand corner of the Prospect detail page, click the Move Into an Existing Lease button (this button only appears on Tenant Prospect records).
    
6. A Select Lease window will appear. Search for the existing Lease by typing in the provided field and clicking the Search button. A list of all Leases that match what you entered in the search field will appear.
    
7. Select the appropriate Lease from the list, then click the Merge button.
8. The Prospect's record will be moved into that lease as a Tenant Contact record, along with any other contacts attached to that Prospect’s record.
