The article has been updated successfully.Propertyware makes it easy for you to add images to your Units in order better to market them on your Propertyware Portal. The images will appear in a slide show format when a prospect clicks on any one image, allowing them to easily navigate through the property prior to their contacting you. For the optimal appearance of your buildings, we recommend that you use square images, with dimensions of 300px x 300px. Propertyware supports images in either .jpg and .gif file formats.
To add images to your Units, follow these steps:
- Select the Properties Tab from any page of the application.
- From the Navigator menu located on the left sidebar of the page, select the Building option from the View By drop down menu.
- Expand the Building in the drop down menu to view all the attached units, and then choose the Unit for which you are attaching the image.
- Click the Multimedia Tab at the bottom of the Unit Summary Page.
- Click the Add Images button within the Multimedia Tab.
- Click the Browse button and locate the image(s) you would like to upload from your hard drive, and then click Open.
- Enter an optional short description for the image. These descriptions will appear beneath the image on both the Unit Summary Page and on your Propertyware Portal.
- Repeat steps 5 through 7 to add additional photos and descriptions.
- Then click the Upload button. Your images will appear in the Multimedia Tab of your Unit Summary Page in the order that you uploaded them.
- To reorder any images you uploaded, click and drag the images to create the desired order. Click the Delete button to remove any images from the Building.
